- Nature of Contract: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for an initial period of 3 years, further extendable purely based on the company’s need and the candidate’s performance — at the sole discretion of AAICLAS Management.
- Probation Period: The first year of engagement (for all positions) will be treated as a probation period. On successful completion, the engagement may be extended or a fresh contract issued at the sole discretion of the Management.
