  • The period of engagement shall initially be for 3 years, subject to annual performance review.
  • The engagement may be extended on an annual basis up to a maximum of 2 additional years at the Bank’s discretion.
  • The Bank can terminate the contract at any time by giving 1 month’s notice or payment of 1 month’s fixed compensation in lieu of notice.
