Eligibility Criteria
- Manager: Graduate in Social Work / Psychology / Sociology; 3+ years experience in women-related supervision; proficient in MS Office.
- Warden: Graduate in any discipline; knowledge of computer and MS Office; preference for experience in women-related laws/policies.
- Care Taker: Higher Secondary / 10+2; 2+ years experience in building caretaker/multi-purpose assistant supervision.
- Security Guard / Chowkidar: Minimum 2 years experience in security work; preference for retired military/para-military personnel or women candidates.
- All staff in Sakhi Niwas Kendra must be women only.
- No relaxation in educational qualification under any circumstances.
Salary / Stipend
- Manager: ₹18,420 per month
- Warden: ₹14,200 per month
- Care Taker: ₹5,766 per month (part-time)
- Security Guard: ₹11,360 per month
- No other allowances besides the contract salary.
- Future increments as per Government of India directions.
Age Limit
- Manager & Warden: 25–45 years
- Care Taker & Security Guard: Minimum 25 years
- Candidates married before minimum legal age not eligible.
Selection Process
- Merit-based evaluation (Educational %: max 60 marks; Experience: max 20 marks)
- Candidates called in 1:5 ratio for Walk-in Interview / Skill Test (20 marks)
- Recommendation by selection committee; appointment order by District Collector
- Police verification mandatory before appointment
General Instructions
- Contract appointment initially for 2 years, extendable 1–2 years based on performance.
- Posts are scheme-based, not permanent.
