Eligibility Criteria
- At least a Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year or more experience in government departments.
- Desirable skills: proficiency in social media handling, photography/videography, editing/designing, computer skills, event management (cultural & sports), and good command over Hindi, Telugu and English.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: Below 40 years (as per notification).
Salary / Stipend
- Graduate: ₹50,000/- per month.
- Postgraduate: ₹60,000/- per month.
- No other allowances admissible unless specified in notification.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting of eligible applications.
- Interview / Skill assessment as decided by the selection committee.
- Final selection and engagement on contract basis (initially 1 year, extendable as per performance and rules).

Terms & Conditions / Instructions
- Engagement is purely temporary on contract for initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
- No additional assignments allowed during the period of engagement.
- Young Professional is entitled to 08 days Casual Leave and 02 Restricted Holidays per calendar year (pro-rata basis).
- Maternity leave as per Maternity Benefit Act for eligible women candidates.
- TA/DA admissible as per rules for official tours only.
- Appointment will be subject to observance of confidentiality clause and Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- Ministry reserves the right to cancel/reject applications or change terms without assigning any reason.
