The selection process for Kerala CSEB Recruitment 2026 consists of two stages:
- Stage 1 – Written Examination (OMR / Online Mode):
- Total Questions: 100 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Total Marks: 100 (1 mark per question)
- Mode: OMR-based exam for Junior Clerk (Notifications 17, 18, 19); Online exam for Secretary, Assistant Secretary, DEO, and System Administrator (Notifications 15, 16, 20, 21)
- Stage 2 – Interview (conducted by respective Cooperative Society / Bank):
- Candidates shortlisted based on the merit list prepared by CSEB will be called for interview by the individual cooperative bank/society
- Maximum marks for interview: 20 marks
- Minimum marks to be obtained in the interview (of the 20 marks allotted): 4 marks
- The remaining 16 marks are the minimum cutoff from the interview component
