APSET 2026 – Overview

Andhra University Visakhapatnam conducts the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET-2025) on behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh for recruitment and promotions of Lecturers/Assistant Professors in universities and degree colleges.
The exam follows the UGC Updated Guidelines 2023 and is scheduled online on 28th and 29th March 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications as per UGC Updated Guidelines 2023.
• Indian Nationals only or fulfilling Government of India nationality requirements.
• Online registration and fee payment mandatory.

Application Fee

• General: ₹1,600
• BC/EWS: ₹1,300
• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender: ₹900
• Payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking only.

• APSET-2025 online exam on 28th & 29th March 2026.
