- The organization does not provide or promise any permanent employment. Individuals will be embodied for a specified period in a year based on the requirement of the funding agency and on the direction of the unit/higher headquarters. Payment will be made for the embodied period only.
- Ex-Servicemen will initially be engaged for a period of two years, extendable by one year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Enrolment is purely on merit basis and depending upon the vacancies available.
