Eligibility Criteria

• Anganwadi Worker: Candidates must have passed 12th from a recognized board.
• Anganwadi Helper: Candidates must have passed 10th from a recognized board.
• Age: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 35 years. Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
• Good communication skills and basic knowledge of local language is preferred.
• Physically fit candidates will be preferred for fieldwork responsibilities.

Salary / Remuneration

• Anganwadi Worker: ₹11,500/- per month
• Anganwadi Helper: ₹7,000/- per month
• Monthly salary will be paid as per government norms and guidelines.

Selection Process

• Selection will be made purely on merit basis.
• Candidates will be evaluated based on educational qualification and experience.
• No written exam is required. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and final selection.
• Field knowledge, communication skills, and aptitude for community service may be considered for final selection.
