Eligibility Criteria

• Soldier (General Duty): Class 10th/Matric pass with 45% aggregate and 33% in each subject.
• Soldier (Clerk): 10+2 (Arts/Commerce/Science) with 60% aggregate and 50% in each subject, including English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping in Class 12th.
• Soldier Tradesmen (All except House Keeper & Mess Keeper): Class 10th pass, minimum 33% in each subject.
• Soldier Tradesmen (House Keeper & Mess Keeper): Class 8th pass, minimum 33% in each subject.

Physical Standards

• For Male Candidates: Height – 160 cm (Relaxation to 157 cm for specified regions). Chest – 77 cm (unexpanded), 82 cm (expanded). Weight – Proportionate to height and age.
• For Female Candidates: Height – 157 cm (Relaxation to 152 cm for specified regions). Chest – 5 cm expansion. Weight – Proportionate to height and age.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per rules.
