- Investment Specialist/Officer: PG Degree or Diploma in Finance/Business/Commerce/Economics/Capital Markets or CA/CFA.
- Project Development Manager (Business): MBA/PGDM from recognized University.
- Central Research Team (Support): Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics.

- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: 28 – 42 Years
- Investment Specialist (IS): 28 – 42 Years
- Investment Officer (IO): 28 – 40 Years
