- Manager (Product & Research): MBA (Finance) / PGDBM (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) or equivalent degree.
- Manager (Research Analyst): MBA (Finance) / PGDBM / PGDM or equivalent in Finance specialization.
Age Limit (as on 01-10-2025)
- Deputy Manager (Economist): Up to 30 years
- AGM (Product & Research): 35 – 45 years
- Manager (Product & Research): 24 – 36 years
- Manager (Research Analyst): 24 – 36 years
