Eligibility Criteria
- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Minimum 01 year post qualification experience in company secretariat of any unlisted/listed company.
- Internship/training shall not be counted as experience.
- Experience in secretarial matters including drafting agendas, minutes, official letters, conducting Board/Committee and General Body meetings, and compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act.
Salary/Stipend
- Pay Band: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000
- Annual CTC: ₹ 9.96 Lakhs approx.
- Retention Bonus: Rs. 20,000/- upon completion of each 6 months of service
- Medical, PF/EPS/Gratuity, Leave Benefits as per POWERGRID rules
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 29 years (Indian Nationals only)
- Age relaxation applicable for OBC, SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and POWERGRID experience as per rules.

Selection Process
- Selection will involve Interview only of eligible and shortlisted candidates.
- Screening Test may be conducted for elimination purpose only (if required).
- Final selection based on marks secured in Interview only.
- Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS – 40%, OBC/SC/ST/PwBD – 30%
