- Accredited Engineer: Diploma in Civil Engineering with Diploma in Computer Applications. Candidates should be proficient in mobile applications.
- Gram Rozgar Sahayak: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. Must have Diploma in Computer Applications for at least 6 months and be proficient in mobile applications.
