Vacancy Details

Appointment of 01 Guest Faculty to teach M.Sc. (Microbial Biotechnology) classes during Odd Semester 2025-2026 in the Department of Microbial Biotechnology, South Campus, Sector-25, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential: Master’s degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Microbial Biotechnology or allied subject with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC-NCL & Ph.D. holders who obtained Master’s before 19 Sept 1991).
• Cleared NET/SLET/SET (UGC/CSIR) or awarded Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2018.
• Desirable: Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biotechnology or allied fields.

• Shortlisting of applications → Personal Interview.
• Date & time of interview will be communicated via email to shortlisted candidates.
