OIDC Company Secretary Recruitment 2026 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: Degree from a recognized university + Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
• Essential Experience: Minimum 5 years practical experience in legal & secretarial matters in PSUs, government organizations, or reputed companies.
• Essential Skills: Knowledge of computers.
• Desirable: Degree in Law; knowledge of English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Candidates previously terminated from any government organization will not be considered.

Salary / Stipend

• Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month for Company Secretary.

General Instructions

• The post will be filled on a short-term contract basis.
• All qualifications must be from recognized universities or colleges approved by the Government of India.
• OIDC reserves the right to terminate the selection process without assigning any reason.
• Candidates terminated previously from any government organization will not be considered.
