Eligibility Criteria
- Deputy Manager (HR): Graduation with 60% marks and full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma/MSW/MMS with specialization in HR/Personnel/Industrial Relations.
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Graduation with 60% marks and full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Finance OR CA/CMA/CFA.
- Deputy Manager (C&MM): Engineering Graduate with 60% marks and full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Materials/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics Management.
- Deputy Manager (Legal): Full-time LLB with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university and registration with Bar Council of India.
- Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other language as a compulsory or elective subject or Diploma in Translation with 2 years experience in translation work.
Age Limit
- Deputy Manager: 18 to 30 Years
- Junior Hindi Translator: 21 to 30 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Salary Details
Deputy Manager: Rs. 56,100/- (Pay Level 10) – Approx. ₹86,955 per month.
Junior Hindi Translator: Rs. 35,400/- (Pay Level 6) – Approx. ₹54,870 per month.
