Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Masters’ Degree in any discipline, MBBS, B.Tech/B.E, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years), or Passed Sections A & B of Institute of Engineers (India).
• Desirable Qualification: Ph.D in any discipline of Law/Public Policy/Public Administration/Governance. Preference for candidates from reputed national/international institutions.
• Experience: Relevant work experience in policy formulation, project implementation, monitoring, research, or evaluation, as per post requirement.
• Age Limit (as on Closing Date):
  Senior Lead: 40–52 yrs
  Lead: 35–50 yrs
  Senior Specialist: 33–50 yrs
  Specialist: 30–50 yrs
  Senior Associate: 26–40 yrs
  Associate: 26–35 yrs
• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible.

Salary / Remuneration

• Senior Lead: Rs. 3,30,000/- per month
• Lead: Rs. 2,65,000/- per month
• Senior Specialist: Rs. 2,20,000/- per month
• Specialist: Rs. 1,45,000/- per month
• Senior Associate: Rs. 1,25,000/- per month
• Associate: Rs. 1,05,000/- per month

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on essential qualifications and experience.
• Personal interview / discussion for shortlisted candidates.
• Applicants in government service must apply through proper channel with required documents.
