Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma in HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare
- For Addl GM (HR): Minimum 15 years experience at Executive/Gazetted level in HR/Personnel
- For Sr. DGM (HR): Minimum 12 years experience at Executive/Gazetted level in HR/Personnel
- Experience in Central/State Govt. Organizations or PSUs
Salary / Remuneration
- Addl GM: E-7 / ₹1,00,000 – 2,60,000 (IDA Pay Scale)
- Sr. DGM: E-6 / ₹90,000 – 2,40,000 (IDA Pay Scale)
Age Limit (as on 01-12-2025)
- Addl GM: Maximum 50 years
- Sr. DGM: Maximum 45 years
- Relaxation applicable for deputation candidates
