Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized Board.
Domicile Requirement: Applicant must possess valid UT of Jammu & Kashmir Domicile Certificate issued by competent authority.
Nationality: Indian Citizen.
Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025)
- OM / SC / ST / OBC / RBA / ALC-IB / EWS: 18–28 Years
- In-Service Police Personnel: Up to 30 Years
- SPOs / VHGs: Up to 40 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service period deducted from actual age (max 3 years relaxation beyond upper limit)

- Chest: 32” (Unexpanded), 33½” (Expanded)
For Female Candidates:
- Height: 5’-2”
Height relaxation of 2 inches for Gorkha Community/Bot Tribe candidates. PwBD candidates are not eligible.
