Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Post Graduate preferred – MSW / MA in Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agri, Agri Marketing) / BA with B.Ed. etc.
- Flair for teaching and sound Computer Knowledge.
- Previous experience as Faculty preferred.
- Fluent in Tamil; English fluency is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, Internet, Tally; typing skills in English essential, Tamil typing preferred.
- Valid Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler Driving License (field visits involved).
Salary / Stipend
- Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000/- per month
- Annual Performance Incentive: ₹2,000/- × 5 = ₹40,000/- (maximum)
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,500/- per month
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300/- per month
- Total Monthly Emolument: ₹32,800/- to ₹35,800/- + Annual Incentive
- Contract Period: 3 Years

- Minimum Age: 25 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per Government norms (if applicable)
