Eligibility Criteria – Detailed Explanation
Nationality
The candidate must be a Citizen of India. Subjects of Nepal and Persons of Indian Origin who have migrated from specified countries
with the intention of permanently settling in India are also eligible as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
- LLB Degree (3 years after graduation OR 5 years after 10+2)
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB
- Degree must be from a Bar Council of India recognised institution
- Candidate must be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate
- CLAT PG 2025 appearance is mandatory for all applicants
