Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Manager: Graduation in any discipline.
- Junior Associate: Graduation in any discipline.
Job Profile – Assistant Manager
- Monitor and analyse MIS related to assigned area and improve process efficiency.
- Conduct field visits to HOs, SOs, BOs, and IBCs to drive IPPB business through camps and events.
- Assist end users in resolving business, operations, and device issues.
- Support onboarding by managing devices, SIM cards, and training manuals.
Job Profile – Junior Associate
- Develop and manage channel partner relationships to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Sell banking products and generate revenue through campaigns and cross-selling.
- Onboard and activate business correspondents to expand IPPB’s reach.
- Work with DOP offices to boost CASA and other product leads.
Age Limit (as on 01-11-2025)
- Assistant Manager: 20 – 35 years
- Junior Associate: 20 – 32 years
- Age relaxation as per government rules.
Salary
An officer/employee appointed on deputation/foreign service may draw either pay in the IPPB scale or their basic pay in the parent cadre plus deputation allowance and personal pay, if any.
