IIT Delhi Research Associate Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in Interview for THz Project
Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi has released an official notification for the recruitment of
a Research Associate under the Industrial Research & Development Unit (IRD).
This appointment is on a contractual basis for the THz Generation and Detection project.
Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview with required documents.

The appointment will be on a contractual basis with consolidated pay, renewable yearly or till the duration of the project,

Essential: First-class or equivalent degree in Physics/Electrical Engineering. Hands-on experience in THz spectroscopy and imaging / Ultrafast optics, strong English communication skills, knowledge of LabVIEW/Python for data acquisition. Desirable: CAD Modeling & 3D Printing experience. |
