Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 01 Post
Project Assistant: 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria

• SRF: M.Sc in Bioinformatics / Biotechnology / Plant Breeding / Agricultural Statistics / Computer Science or equivalent with 4/5-year Bachelor’s degree OR 3+2 Bachelor + Master with NET qualification and 2 years research experience.
• Project Assistant: B.Sc in Life Sciences / Diploma in Engg. & Tech / IT / Computer. Experience in field data handling and MS Office preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical and computational genomics, bioinformatics, programming (LINUX/R/Perl/Java/PHP/JSP) is desirable for SRF.

Age Limit

• SRF: Maximum 35 years (Relaxation: Women 5 yrs, SC/ST 5 yrs, OBC 3 yrs, PwD 10 yrs)
• Project Assistant: Maximum 50 years (Same relaxation rules)

Salary / Remuneration

• SRF: ₹37,000/- + HRA (1st & 2nd year), ₹42,000/- + HRA (3rd year)
• Project Assistant: ₹20,000/- + 27% HRA
