Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (IT/CS) OR MCA OR M.Sc (IT/CS).
- Essential: Minimum 2 years experience in IT/Computer Science field.
- Desirable: Teaching or training experience preferred.
- Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- All qualifications and experience will be considered up to cutoff date.
Salary / Stipend
- ₹1200 per day per batch (1 batch) inclusive of TA/DA.
- ₹2000 per day (upto 2 batches) inclusive of TA/DA.
- Maximum 2 batches per day per assessor in same district; can be deployed in adjoining districts if required.

Selection Process
- Publication of advertisement.
- Inviting online applications through HARTRON portal.
- Verification of uploaded details.
- Computer-based online exam to check IT skills at HMSDC Gurugram & IDDC Ambala.
- Biometric verification and document scrutiny (original + self-attested copies).
- Interview of online exam qualified candidates.
- Empanelment for 1 year, extendable based on performance.
General Instructions
- Candidate must bring original eligibility documents with one set of self-attested copies at interview.
- No TA/DA for attending online test/interview.
- Deployment may be in adjoining districts with candidate’s consent.
- HARTRON reserves rights to modify/cancel empanelment process at any stage.
- Disputes subject to Panchkula District Court & Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
