The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), through the Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM),
has officially released the CEPTAM-11 Recruitment Notification 2026.
A total of 764 vacancies are announced for Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A posts.
The online application process will remain open from 11 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.

Educational Qualification
- STA-B: B.Sc or 3-year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized institute.
- Technician-A: 10th Pass with ITI Certificate in the relevant trade.
- Candidates holding higher qualifications such as B.Tech, B.E, M.Sc, or Ph.D are not eligible.
- Result-awaited candidates are not eligible.
Salary Structure & Benefits
- STA-B: Pay Matrix Level-6 – ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400
- Technician-A: Pay Matrix Level-2 – ₹19,900 to ₹63,200
