Eligibility Criteria
- Faculty: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream; preference for MSW/MA (Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology), B.Sc (Agri/Horticulture/Veterinary), BA with B.Ed, etc.
- Office Assistant at RSETI: Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
- Attender: Matriculate (10th pass).
- Watchman cum Gardener: Should have passed 7th standard.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 22 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
(Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.)

Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving skills, and development approach. The decision of the Society/Trust shall be final.
