Eligibility Criteria
- Only Indian Nationals can apply.
- Post-specific qualifications: Engineering Degree, Diploma, MBA, CA/ICWA, MSW, MA, ICMAI as per post.
- Age, Qualification & Experience as on 07-01-2026.
- SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates get age relaxations as per Govt. norms; maximum age limit not exceeding 57 years with relaxations.
- Experience must be after the required qualification; candidates from Govt./PSU need NOC.
Salary / Stipend
- Dy. General Manager: Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000
- Asst. General Manager: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000
- Sr. Manager: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000
- Manager: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000
- Officer/Engineer: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000
- Asst. Engineer: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000
- Diploma Trainees: Rs. 17,000 – 25,500 (stipend)
- Office Assistant Trainees: Rs. 20,000 – 23,500 (stipend)
- Additional benefits: DA, HRA, Perks, CPF, Gratuity, PRP, Company accommodation, etc.

Selection Process
