Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering Graduates: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg.)/5-year Integrated M.Tech in eligible disciplines (Civil, Chemical, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy, etc.) with ≥60% aggregate marks.
- Science Postgraduates: M.Sc/Integrated M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Biosciences, Geology, Geophysics with ≥60% aggregate marks.
- Valid GATE-2024/2025/2026 scores for screening (if applicable).
- Only full-time regular degrees accepted; correspondence/distance/part-time not eligible.
- Indian citizens; NOC required if employed in Govt/PSU/Central/State Organizations.
Salary / Stipend
- Training period stipend: ₹74,000/- per month.
- OCES trainees: One-time book allowance ₹30,000/-.
- DGFS fellows: Tuition fee reimbursement, one-time contingency grant ₹60,000/year, project funding up to ₹4,00,000.
- On appointment: Level 10 of 7th CPC, basic pay ₹56,100/-; total approx ₹1,35,000/- in Mumbai + allowances.

Selection Process
- Screening: Online exam or GATE score-based shortlisting.

- Final selection based on interview & medical fitness.
