Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
• Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma / MBA (for Compliance Manager – Legal background preferred).
• Post-qualification experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Institution as mentioned in vacancy table.
• Minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining.
• Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India only.
• Good character and antecedents required; adverse reports disqualify the candidate.

Salary / Contract

• Remuneration is market-linked based on qualification, experience, suitability, last drawn salary & market benchmark.
• Fixed Term Contract for 5 years, extendable up to 10 years or until age 60.
• Location: Anywhere in India.

• AVP – II Zonal Receivables Manager: 35–52 Years
• AVP – I Regional Receivables Manager: 30–45 Years
• Area Receivables Manager: 26–38 Years
• AVP – I Compliance/Complaint Manager: 30–45 Years
• Process/Vendor/Floor Manager: 25–38 Years
• Age relaxation as per Government rules (SC/ST/OBC/PwD etc.)
