- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Processing & Food Engineering/Food Technology or M.Tech/M.E. in related disciplines with 4-year Bachelor’s, 1st division/class, 3 years research experience, and 1 published SCI/NAAS journal paper.
- Age Limit: Male: 40 years, Female: 45 years (as on 28-11-2025)
- Nationality: Indian citizens only.
Salary/Stipend
- Ph.D. Degree holders: ₹67,000 + HRA per month
- Master’s Degree holders: ₹61,000 + HRA per month

- Personal Interview only (no written/online exam)
