Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for these specialist posts must meet the qualification standards prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI) as per prevailing norms.
Only candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions will be considered for the selection process.
- Qualification: As per MCI prevailing norms for the respective specialist post.
- Registration: Valid medical registration certificate is mandatory.
Salary / Remuneration
Selected specialists will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration based on their place of posting:
- ₹2.5 Lakhs per month – Specialists working in South Andaman
- ₹2.75 Lakhs per month – Specialists working in North & Middle Andaman
- ₹3.00 Lakhs per month – Specialists working in Nicobar District

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on online interview.

- The appointment is purely on contract basis for one year or till regular incumbent joins.

- Private practice of any kind is strictly prohibited during the contract period.
- Appointment is subject to medical fitness certification.
