Eligibility Criteria (Important)

• Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• Essential Qualifications: Vary by post — from 10th pass to Master’s/Professional degrees as detailed in ANNEXURE-I of the official notification.
• Experience: Wherever specified, experience must be acquired AFTER essential qualification and will be verified during document verification (Bank statements / PF / ESIC etc.).
• Crucial Date: All qualifications and experience must be completed on or before 02-12-2025.
• Ineligibility: Filling the form does not guarantee eligibility — candidature may be cancelled at any stage if found ineligible.

Educational Qualifications (Post-wise summary)

• 10th / Matriculation: Posts like Hospital Attendant, Mortuary Attendant, MTS.
• 10+2 / Intermediate: Lab Technician, X-Ray Technician and similar posts.
• Diploma: Technical trades, engineering technician posts.
• Graduate: B.Sc., B.Tech., B.Pharm, BPT, BOT etc. for professional positions.

• Note: Candidates applying for multiple groups must pay separate fees for each group. Fees once paid are non-refundable. SC/ST candidates appearing in the exam may get fee refunded after declaration of results (as per notification).

Salary / Pay Levels

Salaries are governed by the 7th CPC pay levels and vary by post group. Approximate ranges mentioned in the advertisement:

• Group C: Pay Level 1–6 (approx. ₹18,000 – ₹56,900)

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection consists of multiple stages depending on the post:

Stage I – Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Duration: 90 minutes
• Total Questions: 100 MCQs carrying 400 marks (4 marks each)
• Sections: 5 sections (20 questions each): General Knowledge, Aptitude, Computer Knowledge (20 Qs) + 80 domain-specific questions
• Negative Marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong answer
• Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS: 40%; OBC: 35%; SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
• Medium: English (technical posts) or Bilingual (Hindi & English for non-technical posts)
• Section Rules: Each section has time limit (approx. 18 minutes per section). Once a section is completed, candidates cannot return to it. Candidates can attempt only the currently active section.

Stage II – Skill Test (If Applicable)

• Applicable only for specific groups (typing, stenography, physical tests, programming tests etc.).
• Skill tests are qualifying in nature; merit list prepared among those who qualify.

Stage III – Document Verification

• Provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification at respective AIIMS/Institutes.
• Original certificates along with self-attested copies must be produced.
• Experience will be verified through supporting documents (Bank/PF/ESIC etc.).

Tie Resolution

• First by marks obtained in domain-specific part (higher marks ranked higher).
• Then by fewer wrong answers.
• If still unresolved, older candidate (by DOB) ranked higher.

General Conditions & Important Notes

• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Applications accepted provisionally — final eligibility will be scrutinized later; candidature can be cancelled at any stage if claims are false.
• Success in examination does not guarantee appointment unless all criteria are met.
• NOC mandatory for candidates working in Government / PSU / Autonomous bodies (where applicable).
• Selected candidates are subject to identity verification including biometrics.
• AIIMS reserves the right to cancel/modify/add/remove vacancies or change selection procedure.
• Examination centers may be limited (if fewer applications, exam may be conducted only in Delhi/NCR for that group).

How to Apply (Step-by-step)

1. Visit: Go to www.aiimsexams.ac.in and find the “CRE-4 Recruitment 2025” link.
2. Read Advertisement: Download and thoroughly read the Detailed Recruitment Advertisement (DRA) / ANNEXURES.
3. Register: Click “New Registration” → fill basic details (Name, DOB, Email, Mobile) → note Registration Number.
4. Login & Fill Form: Complete personal, educational, experience and category details. Choose examination center/state.
5. Upload Documents: Recent passport photo, signature, thumb impression, category certificate (if applicable), PwBD certificate (if applicable) — adhere to prescribed formats & sizes.
6. Pay Fee: Pay application fee (if applicable) using Debit/Credit card or Net Banking. Save transaction ID.
7. Final Submit: Review all fields, submit final form and take printout of confirmation / application slip.
8. NOC Submission: Govt employees must upload NOC by 06-12-2025 (if applicable).
9. Keep Records: Preserve registration slip, payment receipt and copies for future reference.
