Candidates claiming OBC reservation under DSSSB Recruitment 2026 must note the following carefully:

  • Only OBC (Delhi) candidates notified by Govt. of NCT of Delhi will be given the benefit of reservation. OBC (Outside Delhi) candidates will be treated as Unreserved (UR) and must apply under the UR category.
  • OBC candidates must possess a valid OBC certificate issued on or before 15 July 2026. The OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate must be issued on or after 01 April 2026 but not later than 15 July 2026.
  • EWS candidates must possess an Income & Asset Certificate valid for Financial Year 2026-2027, issued on the basis of income for FY 2025-2026 as per DoPT OM dated 31.01.2019.

The selection process for DSSSB Recruitment 2026 Advertisement No. 03/2026 is based entirely on a Computer Based Written Examination (CBT). There is no personal interview.
