Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a Degree in Engineering with at least 65% marks (average of all semesters) in any of the following disciplines:
Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Metallurgy.
Age Limit (as on 05-12-2025)
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 years (Born not earlier than 05.12.1997)
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 45 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per rules
Salary
Management Trainees (Technical): Basic Pay ₹50,000/- per month in the pay scale of ₹50,000–1,60,000/-.
After training, they will be designated as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) with pay scale ₹60,000–1,80,000/-.
CTC: ₹16–17 Lakhs per annum (excluding PRP, allowances, etc.)
