STPI Junior Hindi Translator 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria – Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the post of Junior Hindi Translator under STPI Recruitment 2026-27 must possess any one of the following educational qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi, with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- Master’s degree from a recognized University in English, with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR

STPI JHT 2026-27 Selection Process – Written Examination Pattern
Selection for the post of Junior Hindi Translator will be based entirely on a Written Examination consisting of two papers. Only completed online applications received by the last date shall be considered for screening, and only screened-in candidates will be called for the Written Examination.

There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer in Paper-I. Based on the marks scored in Paper-I, candidates will be shortlisted category-wise to appear for Paper-II. Final merit will be calculated with a weightage of 50% of the marks scored in Paper-I and 100% of the marks scored in Paper-II.
