The selection process for HPCL Recruitment 2026-27 may comprise Computer Based Test (CBT)/Written Test, Group Task, Psychometric Assessment, Skill Test, Personal/Technical Interview, and Physical Fitness Efficiency Test (PFET), depending upon the position applied for.
