Age Relaxation:

HSL Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
The selection process for HSL Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates meeting the essential qualification, experience, and minimum grade / CTC criteria shall be shortlisted for interview. In case a large number of applications are received, candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio not exceeding 6 times the published vacancies, based on percentage of marks in the essential qualifying examination / graduation.
- Selection Process: May include Group Discussion, Preliminary Screening Interview, and Final Selection Interview — either through Online VC Mode or Physical Mode at HSL, Visakhapatnam.
- Travel Reimbursement: Candidates called for physical interview for Permanent posts (P1, P2, P3) will be reimbursed to & from 2nd AC train fare by shortest route. No travel fare will be paid for FTC posts.
- Document Verification: All original documents including Degree Certificate, Date of Birth proof, Caste/PH Certificate, Experience Certificates will be verified at the time of interview. Candidates not producing originals will be debarred from appearing in the interview.
- Medical Fitness: All appointments are subject to medical fitness as per HSL rules. Selected candidates must submit medical test reports prior to joining.
Important: Decision of the selection committee shall be final and no representation shall be entertained. Mere fulfilment of eligibility criteria shall not confer any right to be called for interview.
HSL Recruitment 2026 – Service Bond & Other Key Conditions
- Service Agreement Bond: Candidates selected for Permanent posts must execute a Service Agreement Bond of ₹5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) and serve for a minimum period of 5 years with HSL from the date of joining.
- FTC Termination: The contract for FTC posts may be terminated by either party by giving 3 months notice in writing or in lieu by payment of 3 months notice pay.
- NOC Mandatory: Candidates presently working in any Government organisation must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present organisation along with the application. Applications without NOC may not be called for interview (applicable for Permanent posts).
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Must be issued not later than 01.04.2026 by the competent authority.
- EWS Certificate: “Income & Asset” certificate must be issued not later than 01.04.2026 by the competent authority.
- Indian Nationals only need to apply. All vacancies are for Visakhapatnam except F2 (Delhi Region).

HSL Recruitment 2026 के Permanent posts (Manager और Deputy Manager) पर select हुए candidates को एक Service Agreement Bond of ₹5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) execute करना होगा। यह bond candidate को HSL में joining date से minimum 5 years तक service करने की guarantee के रूप में होगा। यह provision HSL में experienced talent को retain करने और organization के long-term goals को support करने के लिए है।
