Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering or equivalent from IITs, NITs, or other top 100 NIRF-ranked institutes.
- Domicile: Candidate must be a domicile holder of the state/UT applied for.
- Experience: 0-2 years post-qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged.
- Final year students may apply if graduation is completed before joining.
Salary / Stipend
- Remuneration: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Consultancy Fee), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- No other allowances; annual enhancement of 5% is allowed in the consultancy fee.

- Upper Age Limit: 30 years
