Employees’ State Insurance Corporation has released the official notification for recruitment of
37 Teaching Faculty posts including Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor.
Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview on 21 January 2026 and 22 January 2026.
Candidates having M.Sc, MBBS with PG, M.Phil or Ph.D qualifications as per NMC norms can participate.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility shall be strictly as per latest NMC guidelines notified on 30 June 2025.
• Medical faculty must possess MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in the relevant broad specialty.
• Non-medical faculty must have M.Sc with Ph.D in specified subjects.
• Teaching and research experience must meet NMC norms for each post.

Salary / Remuneration

• Professor: Fixed Basic ₹1,18,500/- (Level 13) + allowances (approx. ₹2,53,586).
• Associate Professor: Fixed Basic ₹78,800/- (Level 12) + allowances (approx. ₹1,62,328).
• Assistant Professor: Fixed Basic ₹67,700/- (Level 11) + allowances (approx. ₹1,39,462).

Age Limit

• Teaching Faculty: Maximum 69 years.
• Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years.
