Eligibility Criteria
- Indian Citizen as per Articles 5–8 of the Constitution.
- Graduate in Engineering or Commerce OR Master’s Degree OR PG Diploma (minimum 2 years).
- Minimum 5 years experience in project procurement & contract management in government.
- Experience in preparing bid documents, evaluation, procurement plans & reports.
- Thorough knowledge of GEM, Assam Tenders, GFR, Assam Procurement Act 2017.
- Ability to upload bids on GEM and Assam Tenders.
- Good mental & physical health.
- Age Limit: 18 to 62 years.
