BSSRV Junior Assistant & Office Assistant Recruitment 2025 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or any stream from a recognized University.
• Minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency (Government recognized).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) & Internet.
• Office Assistant: English typing speed 35 wpm desirable.
• Junior Assistant: Experience in higher educational institution desirable.

Age Limit (as on 04-01-2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC/MOBC – 3 yrs, PWBD – 10 yrs

Selection Process

• Phase I – Screening Test (OMR-based General Studies, 100 marks, 2 hours)
• Phase II – Written Test (General English, Office Procedure, Drafting, 100 marks, 2 hours)
• Phase III – Computer Practical Test & Interaction (50+50 marks)
• Final merit list prepared based on Phase II & III performance
