Educational Qualification
- Centre Administrator (Reserved for Women): Post Graduation in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology.
- Paramedical Personnel (Part-time, Reserved for Women): Professional Degree or Diploma in Paramedics.
- Multipurpose Worker / Cook: Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board or institution.
- Security Guard / Night Watchman: Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board or institution.
- Gender Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Rural Management, LSW, Psychology, or Women’s Studies.
- Multipurpose Worker: Completed Class 12th from a recognized board or institution.
Salary Structure
- Centre Administrator (Reserved for Women): ₹30,000/-
- Paramedical Person (Part-time, Reserved for Women): ₹8,000/-
- Multipurpose Worker / Cook: ₹13,000/-
- Security Guard / Night Guard: ₹13,000/-
- Gender Expert: ₹23,000/-
- Multipurpose Worker: ₹12,000/-
Age Limit (as per category)
- Unreserved Male: 37 years
- Backward Classes & Extremely Backward Classes (Male & Female): 40 years
- Unreserved Women: 40 years
- SC/ST (Male & Female): 42 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.
