Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields from a recognized university.
- OR Master’s Degree in Science (Electronics/Computer Science/Physics with Electronics) or MCA.
- Candidates must have achieved qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in relevant streams.
Salary & Allowances
- Level 7 (₹ 44,900–1,42,400) in pay matrix + admissible Central Government allowances.
- Special Security Allowance @ 20% of basic pay.
- Cash compensation for duty on holidays (ceiling 30 days).
Application Fee
- All candidates: Recruitment Processing Charges ₹ 100/-
- Male UR/EWS/OBC candidates: Additional Examination Fee ₹ 100/- (Total ₹ 200/-)
Selection Process
Selection will be based on combined performance in:
- GATE Score (qualifying marks)
- Skill Test – practical & technical assessment
- Interview – assessing subject knowledge and communication skills
A final merit list will be prepared according to vacancies, with a waiting list for future replacement.
