Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (other than fine arts/performing arts), Commerce, Science, Computer Applications or Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a Shipyard, Engineering Company, Commercial Organization, or Government/Semi-Government company/Establishment.
• Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.
• Age Limit: Max 45 years (relaxation as per Government of India rules).

Salary / Pay Scale

A consolidated pay of ₹24,400/- per month. Additional compensation for extra hours up to ₹6,100/- per month. Higher pay for additional experience over minimum required.

Selection Process

Written Tests (Objective & Descriptive Type Test) – Total 100 marks. Objective Test: 90 minutes, 80 MCQs, no negative marks. Descriptive Test: 45 minutes, 20 marks. Rank lists prepared based on aggregate marks with tie-breaker by discipline marks and age seniority. Verification & medical fitness required.
