Eligibility Criteria
- Operations & Technical: Graduate in Engineering with good academic record or Certificate of Competency. Management degree preferred.
- Finance: Qualified CA or CMA. Management degree preferred.
- Minimum 25 years post-qualification experience. Private sector: at least 5 years in senior/executive positions with annual salary ≥ ₹45 Lakh. PSU/Govt: Relevant experience in E7 or Level 13 equivalent.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Shipping, Ports, and Dredging sectors.
- Candidate must be employed in regular capacity, not contractual/ad-hoc.
Salary / Perks
- IDA pay scale ₹1,20,000 – 2,80,000 with two increments
- Total CTC approx. ₹45–50 Lakh/annum
