- Scientist-C: Master’s Degree or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
Age Limit
Scientist-C: Maximum 35 years
Scientist-D: Maximum 40 years
Age relaxation as per rules.
Salary
Scientist-D: Level-12 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 78,800-2,09,200)
Scientist-C: Level-11 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700)

Selection Process
