IIM Raipur Director Recruitment 2025 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Distinguished academic with first-class degree in Bachelor’s and Master’s level, with Ph.D. or equivalent from a reputed institute.
• At least 15 years of teaching or research experience.
• Full-time Professor at a reputed institution for minimum 7 years OR industry experience at higher level for at least 15 years.
• Indian Citizen or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).

Selection Process

• Applications reviewed by the Search-Cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) of the Board of Governors.
• Shortlisted candidates invited for interactions, reference checks, and leadership assessment process.
• Presentation of vision for IIM Raipur is required for shortlisted candidates.
