Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized University or Institution.
- Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matriculation or 10+2 or B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Government Department,
Public Sector Undertaking, or Commercial Organization of repute. - The experience must be on a post carrying pay scale
not below the pay scale of a Class-II post in the Corporation. - Experience must be relevant to personnel management, establishment matters,
administration, service rules, and human resource functions.
Nationality
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intent to permanently settle in India.
Reservation Policy
Reservation benefits are applicable only to eligible candidates belonging to
SC, ST, BC-A, BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS and PwBD categories
who are domiciles of Haryana, as per Government of Haryana instructions.
Salary Structure
The selected candidate will be appointed in
Pay Band-II ₹15600–39100 with Grade Pay ₹6000,
corresponding to Pay Level-11 as per 7th Central Pay Commission.
