ESIC Vapi Contractual Specialist Recruitment 2026 – Overview
ESIC Hospital Vapi is hiring specialists to provide high-quality medical services across multiple departments. The recruitment includes both Full-Time Contractual Specialists (FTCS) and Part-Time Contractual Specialists (PTCS) on a 1-year contract basis, extendable based on performance and requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- PG Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty.
- Registration with Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Experience: PG Degree – 3 years, PG Diploma – 5 years in relevant specialty.
- Age not exceeding 69 years as on interview date.

Walk-in Interview & Document Submission
Reporting time for document submission: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM will not be considered.
- Bring two passport-size photographs.
- Original and one set of self-attested copies of all educational, experience, and MCI registration certificates.
- Category/Reservation certificate if applicable.
- Proof of date of birth (SSC/Matriculation certificate).
- NOC from present employer, if applicable.
- Any other relevant documents.
Remuneration & Contract Details
- FTCS: Rs.1,31,067/- fixed per month, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 4 PM), Saturday (9 AM – 1 PM), 1-year contract, extendable up to 3 years.
- PTCS: Rs.60,000/- fixed per month, minimum 16 working hours/week, 1-year contract.
- Emergency call charges and transport allowance as applicable for PTCS.
- Professional indemnity insurance mandatory.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on verification of documents, merit, and walk-in interview performance. Only eligible candidates will be considered.
Special Terms & Conditions
- No claim for regularization, PF, pension, gratuity, or seniority.
- Private practice not allowed for FTCS.
- Available on call 24×7.
- Leave entitlement for FTCS: 4 days per month, encashable up to 30 days/year.
- Contract may be terminated with one-month prior notice by either party.
- Security deposit of Rs.30,000/- required via DD.
- Agreement on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs.300/-) to be signed.
